I would completely recommend Louise if you want help creating a website, or even to just revamp what you already have. I used Louise with the latter and she helped me enormously with the styling of my website. She listened carefully to what I wanted and the kind of 'feel' I wanted to create. She worked with the content I already had, reworking the layout and adding more photos. What I love most about my new website is its functionality.
